Job Purpose

This position is responsible for driving ERP staffing.

Essential Functions

  • Cold Calling new leads and potential accounts - 35%
  • Establish and maintain relationships and growing a consistent pipeline of staffing needs  - 35%
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and key decision makers via regular client meeting - 15%
  • Provide accurate forecasts to sales management and recruiters with regard to candidate submissions - 5%
  • Work with internal recruiters to screen and qualify candidates via in-house interviews - 5%
  • Attend and participate in client and candidate relationship building events - 5%
