Business Intelligence Analyst

In 2016 we set out with the mission to make effective, evidence-based therapies available to patients who suffer from chronic diseases. As back pain is the number one cause of disability worldwide with over 1 billion affected people, we built our first product, a clinically-proven mind-body therapy app, to help people with back pain.  

The role encompasses:
As our user base is growing and business topics are becoming increasingly complex, we are looking for an experienced and driven BI Analyst to support our team making data-driven decisions. 
  • Align with stakeholders on analytical requirements and data needs
  • Provide analytical input across the entire company
  • Define and implement reports for internal and external consumers
  • Collaborate with all teams to define and track relevant business goals
  • Maintain a catalogue of metrics and KPIs
  • Create understandable and insightful data visualisations
  • Continually strive to turn data into insights

We are looking for somebody who has:
  • Quantitative skills and and analytical mindset with academic training in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years in delivering and influencing business processes using data analysis
  • Previous experience with statistical analysis using SQL and Python software
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau, looker or similar for developing interactive reports, pivot tables, analyses, etc. for users with non-technical background
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Ideally you also have:
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Previous experience using AWS Redshift or looker
  • Basic knowledge in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling and/or Data Processing
