Who You Are

As the Product Solutions Marketing Manager, you will shape and develop the positioning and marketing content for Kaarta products. You will bring deep expertise in relevant domains and will have a rich understanding of our target customer and markets. You are also a marketeer, highly knowledgeable and passionate about marketing and its practices. 

You can go deep technically but you can also distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand language and visuals. You can prioritize and manage your work with minimal guidance from leadership or other team members.

This position as equal strategist and doer. The strategic work — positioning, messaging, understanding the buyer and market dynamics, etc. — is the foundation for virtually all other tactical efforts of creating and delivering consistent, highly-effective marketing and sales support materials. 

This role intersects product, engineering, sales, marketing and support — which means you will have a big impact across the organization.

Are you ready to move a market? 

Your Responsibilities 

·       Identify and define the key value drivers which differentiate Kaarta in the 
        market
·       Develop proof and support of this value proposition in a way that resonates    
        and clearly articulates how Kaarta solves problems and overcomes pain points
·       Create and deliver compelling sales and customer-facing content to drive       
        adoption and demonstrate the value of Kaarta for our customers including: 
        data sheets, web site copy, case studies, use cases, webinars, videos, demo 
        decks, landing pages, white papers, training materials, feature and function 
        benefit summaries; competitive analysis, FAQs, etc.
·       Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to identify 
        needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from customers and   
        sales teams
·       Understand and support Kaarta internal and external sales channels; train 
        them on the problems we solve, develop internal tools and external collateral,  
        and teach them how and when to use them
·       Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of 
        Kaarta products
·       Participate and contribute to field and industry events as a Kaarta evangelist
·       Travel for presentations, training, trade shows and events

What You Bring 

·       BA/BS degree
·       5+ years of relevant experience
·       One or more proven areas of domain expertise in architectural, engineering, 
        construction, geospatial, or other related solutions
·       Demonstrated experience working in a highly-technical and B2B focused 
        environment
·       Outstanding writing and presenting skills with the ability to explain and 
         translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive language
·       Fluent English written and oral communications
·       Keen eye for detail
·       Adept at working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and 
        support teams in an agile and rapidly changing environment
·       Hands-on contributor with the ability to work autonomously with minimal 
        supervision, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight 
        deadlines
·       Strong drive to achieve and learn
·       Flexible and adaptable; open to new ideas
·       Able and willing to travel to trade shows and sales meetings as required

Bonus Points

·       Located in the greater Pittsburgh area or willing to relocate
·       Proficiency in 3D visualization, CAD, and BIM software
·       Experience working with a geographically diverse organization
·       Start up experience
·       Multi lingual 
·       Passion for reality capture and a vision of its future
