We are looking for young & talented Food Scientist to join the Food Science & Sensory team at JuiceInnov8.
Responsibility
- Work with Food Science & Sensory team in beverage reformulations, sensory & olfactory evaluation and shelf life study
- Initiate, test and analyze various natural sweetening, flavoring & texturing systems
- Plan, manage and conduct both internal & external sensory analysis activities
- Hands-on collaborate with regulatory parties locally and globally
- Facilitate product development activities and with R&D team of our customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relating fields
- 0-3 Years Working Experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
- Minimum undergrad GPA is 3.0 or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge in sensory science & food safety
- Research or industry experiences with beverage industry is a strong plus
- Understanding of regulations & standard related to food & beverage industry
- Hands-on experiences in generic food laboratory work
- Experience with advanced sensory & aroma analysis techniques (GC/O-AEDA, SAFE etc.) is a plus
