Job Description:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Jolt will be instrumental in building and scaling marketing operations for the future. You will be relied on to design, create, manage, and restructure paid campaigns that will drive customer acquisition. Your demand generation skill set, ability to communicate, work cross-departmentally, and lead will be paramount for your success. Your ambition to learn and grow in Jolt’s environment, coupled with outstanding results, will provide you with opportunities for growth and advancement. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, create and manage paid acquisition strategies that drive lead generation and marketing closed deals
  • Act as the go-to expert in demand generation and marketing automation to design and develop lead nurturing strategies
  • Partner with sales, ensuring a seamless sales process for all leads generated and alignment with sales development strategy for closed locations
  • Track, test, and analyze data to enhance and optimize existing marketing programs quantifying ROI
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including lead nurturing campaigns and digital marketing programs 
  • Identify, launch, and optimize new paid lead channels that drive marketing closed locations
  • Provide visibility to executive, marketing, and sales teams on status of campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience managing demand generation efforts
  • Experienced in launching and optimizing channels, while decreasing conversion cost
  • Proficient in PPC (search, display, and retargeting), GoogleAdwords,  and Keywords research/identification
  • Proficient with Facebook and LinkedIn campaign development along with other social media platforms
  • Expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot

Success in this role is measured by the following KPIs:

  • Marketing Closed Locations is the ultimate key performance indicator for marketing at Jolt.
  • Percentage of Closed Locations is the number of locations closed by marketing efforts.
  • Supporting KPIs include: Inbound Demo requests, Meetings Set, Sales Opportunities Created.
