As former hourly employees and managers ourselves, we pride ourselves on giving both managers and team members a delightful experience. Our growing list of customers (100,000+ nationwide) love us and this is fueling our rapid growth. We are in the early stages of what we will achieve, and we’re looking for a motivated self-starter in this key Business Operations role.
A successful Homebase Business Operations Associate is described as a jack of all trades who learns quickly and enjoys using data to solve problems. You love working cross-functionally and enjoy tackling a wide range of challenges, from operations to strategy.
Based in San Francisco and Houston, Homebase is backed by leading venture investors Baseline, Cowboy, Khosla and Bain Capital Ventures. - Market Development and Growth: Identify, quantify and execute against high potential growth opportunities within both existing and new products. Conduct customer and market research to develop hypotheses and then work with engineering, product, and marketing to execute tests and to ensure learnings are implemented successfully.
