What will you do?
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and scaling the referral channel for Homebase. You will have over 100K business and over 1MM customers as your starting point and you’ll mine that base to drive increases in new customer generation. You’ll build a program from early stages and turn it into a growth driver for the company. You’ll partner closely with other teams to bring the channel to scale including: product, data and other marketing channels (e.g. push messaging). You’ll identify potential partnerships to reach beyond the Homebase audience and extend the referral channel.
Who you are and what we do:
- You have 3+ years experience in paid acquisition marketing in a fast paced environment.
- You are excited by the opportunity to take a loyal customer base that loves our product and turn them into a source of new business.
- You are comfortable with A/B testing in product and through push messaging channels to drive a conversion funnel.
- You are performance focused and can optimize for value to the business.
