Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description:

Post open positions to company website and job boards. Schedule interviews and phone screens. Gather paperwork from applicants and conduct candidate reference and background checks. Maintain Applicant Tracking System to ensure timely and accurate data, workflow status, etc. Assist in creation of job descriptions / job postings. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Source qualified candidates for open positions. 1 - 3 years experience required.
