** Job Description:
• Approach and acquire new customers through tele-sales, field sales and presentation
• Retain acquired business to a satisfactory level
• Achieve business targets through managing the effectiveness of all sales channels and daily operations;
• Deliver customer’s order info to relevant departments and assist them in providing service to customers
• Implement marketing campaigns and any other sales initiatives in a cost-effective manner with budgetary control;
• Facilitate customer complaints to be handled in a prompt and professional manner;
• Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Give suggestion to develop sales support tools like sales kit, operational manuals, training materials and premium gifts to ensure effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns;
** Requirements:
• You will be the right hand man of the company. You will assume responsibilities from strategic planning to day to day tasks to educate prospects, partners and clients to believe in our commitment to solving their problems through our platform solution.
• Humble, willing to learn, resilient (not afraid of rejections) and optimistic
• Able to work independently and in a team
• University/College graduated
• Able to communicate in English and fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, experiences working in a startup is a plus
• Sales & BD Professional more than 3 years experiences

· Full-timer: base salary + commission + yearend bonus + laptop/PC
