- Execute recruiting & training plans.
- Develop internal teambuilding activities.
- Build corporate culture and image.
- Review application/resume; interview job applicants; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company registration.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Other tasks are assigned by manager.
** Requirements:
- Graduated College or University, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a requirement for this position.
- Above 2 year experience on training, recruiting and internal activities in HR field.
- Have strong knowledge of documents management, reports.
- Strong communication & presentation skills and able to build effective relationships.
- Smart, proactive, creative, dynamic, enthusiastic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration.
- Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS programs.
- Must be accurate and efficient, high energy. Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels.
