Sales Manager

** Job Description:
- Widen network connection with partners and customers.
- Lead the market research project.
- Promote and sell products.
- Design documentation skill, sale projects management.
- Sale projects management skill.
- Manage client expectations, tight timelines, prioritize and multitask.

** Requirements:
- Graduated University.
- At least 10 years of the experience in Sales position.
- Have Sales experiences in IT industry.
- Have good IT background.
- Ability to work independently.
- Marketing experience.
- Communication, leadership: Encourage and cultivate all members, competent in strengthening motivation, and contribution to PJ.
- Fluency in Japanese and English(written and verbal).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Extensive networking and relationship management experience. Frequent interactions with customers, business partners and regulatory authorities.
- Have level N2 in Japanese or equal.
- Good English communication is a plus.
- Good at negotiation with customers/partners and colleagues.
