** Job Description:
- Managing software development team.
- Receiving and analyzing the requirements for building and creating new features for products, clarifying the requirements into small tasks to give members.
- Connecting technical teams with other teams to deliver products on schedule, ensure quality and meet customer requirements.
- Participating in other jobs as requested by superiors when assigned.
** Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting to senior managers.
- Supporting the team to handle and overcome obstacles in the process of completing the project
- Interacting and supporting members in the team to work towards the company's common goals, complete KPIs according to the company's regulations.
- Proposing and implementing process improvements.
** Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Having experience managing software development teams with members of 5-12 people
- Having experience in Agile Scrum, having certificate Scrum master is a plus.
- Good time management skills
- Ability to solve problems and fix problems promptly
- Good communication skills in English is a plus
- Adapting quickly to the new environment.
- Graduated from a university majoring in IT or other equivalent qualifications;
