** Job Description:
  • Define quality targets and mechanism to control projects quality Develop and/or review the company Quality Standard Operating Procedures (QSP) 
  • Develop and/or maintain a ranking criteria table for Project Manager Position in the company 
  • Develop and/or improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to quality function 
  • Define and/or revise mechanism to assess division competence and project management competence of each PM 
  • Provide training in project management and the applied project tools to team members 
  • Organize events/workshops to enhance awareness in quality assurance and continuous kaizen for all employees 

*** Support projects: 
  • Consult project in resolving issues or minimizing risks 
  • Conduct internal audit to detect risks/issues before starting a project and while project running 

*** Follow up projects: 
  • Review project reports 
  • Review project status from QA 
  • Gather and archive project experience and reusable data to improve project management methods in the future
  • Report Project status and PMO activities to management team 

** Requirements:
  • Graduated in IT with Bachelor degree or higher 
  • At least 5 years experience in PM or QAL/QAM in software outsourcing industry 
  • Solid knowledge and experience in QMS or Project Management 
  • Have great interest in continuous improvement process 
  • Excellent English 
  • Have ability to read and/or speak Japanese is a BIG plus
