QA Manager

** Job Description:
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement by creatively increasing awareness of company’s quality policy and objectives among all employees
  • Develop and/or improve key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to quality function through constant Pareto Analysis, Process Capability Analysis, and Lessons Learned  
  • Develop and/or improve all Critical to Quality (CTQ) areas as per customer requirement
  • Implement company’s QMS registration and certification with CMMi Level 3/ISO 9001
  • Prepare and modify Quality Standard Operating Procedures (QSP) and Quality Policy as required
  • Quality Management Representative to assure that the established QSP and Quality Policy are implemented, maintained and reported to management team
  • Conduct internal audit and external audit to check CMMi level 3/ISO 9001 elements are complying, Prepare internal and external audit to monitor the performance of company’s quality objectives and prepare summary
  • Coordinate and lead quality management system (QMS) review meetings with management team
  • Review, approve, control and distribute all documents (Work instruction, Inspection and Test Report (ITR), checklists, Forms, etc.)

** Requirements:
  • Graduated in IT with Bachelor degree or higher
  • Solid knowledge and experience in QMS
  • Have great interest in continuous improvement process
  • At least 5 years experience in QA
  • Strong leadership, experienced in leading a team of  5 members and above.
  • Excellent English
  • Have implementing CMMi Level 3  experience is a BIG plus
