The Head of Marketing will lead our current team in order to develop a strategic marketing plan that will include product marketing, user acquisition, and sales enablement. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience coaching and growing a team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing measurable demand creation programs that empower our sales and community teams and in turn will drive revenue growth
- Working with product marketing to establish campaign frameworks
- Ensuring that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads
- Defining and executing a thought-leadership strategy that demonstrates Jobble’s ability to inspire dialogue around the gig economy
- Defining and upholding social media best practices strategy
- Testing current methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates
- Creating content to boost sales enablement such as case studies and other related collateral
- Hire and manage outside vendors as needed, such as search engine optimization (SEO) experts, designers, copywriters, email providers and list brokers
Requirements
- 5+ years in progressive leadership roles in marketing, including team building and leadership Experience in B2C and B2B channels a plus
- Proven experience building an existing brand through PR, paid media, and thought leadership
- Proven ability to utilize a combination of marketing up and down the funnel
- Experience working in technology
