Community Support Associate

The Community Support Associate  will provide world-class customer support to our Jobblers through live chat, email, and phone. You will be working with Jobblers directly to ensure they experience a smooth process between our platform, the client, and their work schedule.  The successful candidate will demonstrate prior customer service experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities: 
  • Must be passionate about serving and helping our community of job seekers and business partners
  • Strong customer service skills including live chat, email, and phone
  • Genuine drive to help others succeed 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications
  • Superb attention to detail 
  • Excellent self-management based on organizational goals 
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems (intercom) preferred
