Growth Marketing Manager

At Jebbit, we’re creating the world’s first declared data platform. What does that mean? Well, by marrying mobile-first content with data provided directly from the consumer (not scraped, not inferred, not bought…), we’re solving a big problem for companies and consumers alike: how to do personalization right.  Do you have experience building marketing demand generation strategies and programs? Does the idea of starting with a ‘blank slate’ intrigue you? Are you more interested in growth--wherever it comes from--than what was spent to make it happen? 

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and digital advertising to build a strategy that drives awareness of our product, increases online and offline lead generation, and builds the marketing pipeline for net new and expansion opportunities.

You'll Work On:
  • Building scalable, effective campaigns that drive marketing contributed pipeline for both new customers and existing accounts
  • Developing new demand generation strategies and programs as Jebbit moves into new verticals and geographies
  • Directly managing Jebbit’s demand generation programs
  • Managing a growing demand generation budget, while identifying and adhering to cost per lead benchmarks
  • Developing a lead nurturing strategy
  • Working across sales and marketing to identify and build best in class lead follow up processes

You'll Have:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on lead/demand gen, lead qualification, paid acquisition, and marketing operations
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Pardot
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with PPC & paid social advertising
  • Event marketing experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of increasing and improving existing demand gen strategies
  • A strong background in using data to inform acquisition strategy
  • A self-starter mentality, that can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting
  • Experience and thrive working in metric-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Startup experience (a plus)
