Sr. Director, Customer Success - Enterprise Accounts

The Accounts & Strategy team is looking for a Director of Enterprise Brand Accounts & Strategy to join their team, which is responsible for the management and growth of all Jebbit Partners. If you love working with others to design and implement strategies that help achieve goals and thrive in rapidly changing environments, then you'll find this challenging role rewarding. You work in tandem with our Account Operations Team and Account Engineering Team to ensure overall customer success of our enterprise brands. You will focus primarily on developing trusted relationships with each Jebbit client, identifying and encouraging best use-cases for product implementation, spearheading account expansion and up-sell opportunities, and ensuring partnership renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary project manager for an enterprise Jebbit Partner under individual management
  • Serve as point of contact for all senior and relevant parties with each assigned partner
  • Strategically drive platform adoption among partners
  • Identify and coordinate Jebbit platform usage and implementation
  • Coordinate with Client Engineers & Account Ops reps to implement all tech specifications (campaign creation, optimization, reporting, etc.)
  • Assist sales team with contract renewal process for client
  • Lead the identification and planning for Account Expansion
  • Work closely with the Product team in developing suite of Jebbit platforms and tools based on client feedback and opportunities identified in the marketplace
  • Provide leadership in the development of client strategies

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Data and Analysis Reporting, Keynote
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
  • Demonstrated ability to research, think strategically, and deliver high quality work
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, great teammate, strong personal initiative
  • Experience working with third party technologies is preferred
  • Willingness to have fun and innovate in the best tech culture in Boston (Source: Timmy Award)
