Director of Demand Generation

Do you have experience building marketing demand generation strategies and programs? Does the idea of starting with a ‘blank slate’ intrigue you? Are you interested in utilizing emerging technologies for lead identification, generation and qualification like Drift, Clearbit, and Vidyard? Jebbit, a software company focused on mobile experiences and first-party generated audience data, has recently raised a $6.8M series A and is ready to scale its demand generation efforts.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in demand generation and marketing operations to build a strategy that drives awareness of our product, increases online and offline lead generation, and builds the marketing pipeline for net new and expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable, effective campaigns that drive marketing contributed pipeline for both new customers and existing accounts
  • Build a lead scoring and attribution model that showcases marketing’s direct and indirect contributions at the campaign, channel, and account level
  • Develop new demand generation strategies and programs as Jebbit moves into new verticals and geographies
  • Directly manage Jebbit’s Demand Generation Manager (to be hired by this role)
  • Manage a growing demand generation budget, while identifying and adhering to cost per lead benchmarks
  • Develop a lead nurturing strategy
  • Work across sales and marketing to identify and build best in class lead follow up processes


  • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on lead/demand gen, lead qualification, paid acquisition, and marketing operations
  • Experience with Salesforce & HubSpot
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with PPC & paid social advertising
  • Event marketing experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of increasing and improving existing demand gen strategies
  • Strong background in using data to inform acquisition strategy
  • Self-starter, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting
  • You thrive working in metric-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Resilient - startup experience a plus

  • HTML & CSS
