Accounts & Strategy Project Manager

Our Accounts & Strategy team is looking for a Project Manager. If you love working with a diverse group of partners and approach every challenge with resilience and hard work, then we want you to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for the management and growth of all Jebbit Partners. You will collaborate with Account Leads and Account Engineers every single day to ensure overall customer success. You will focus primarily on developing trusted relationships with our Jebbit partners, identifying and encouraging best use-cases for product implementation, leading efficient and effective usage of the Jebbit technology, and ultimately ensuring partnership renewals, upsells, and account expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary account manager for each Jebbit Partner under individual management
  • Serve as point of contact for all day-to-day communication with each assigned partner
  • Execute partner strategy and influence individual campaign strategy
  • Manage Jebbit platform usage and implementation
  • Own the process of partner reporting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Coordinate with Client Engineers to implement all tech specifications (campaign creation, optimization, reporting, etc.)
  • Work with Account Specialists to identify and present expansion & upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with the Product team in developing future product ideas and plans based on client feedback and opportunities identified in the marketplace

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Data and Analysis Reporting, Keynote
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
  • Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
  • Demonstrated ability to research, think strategically, and deliver high quality work
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, great teammate, strong personal initiative
  • Design skills and/or front end development background are pluses but certainly not required
  • Experience working with third party technologies is also a plus
  • Willingness to have fun and innovate in the best tech culture in Boston
