Business Development Manager

Purpose

Through your understanding of the local market you create relationships with our clients that bring them to the platform and solve their pain points

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Business Development create leads and manage relationships
  • Manage campaigns that drive platform activity and generate leads
  • Define the business development strategy as the company move into new markets
  • Work closely with brokers & aggregators, HKDTC, Trade organisations  and other external partners 
  • Work with other teams in the company (e.g. Credit, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Research) to achieve the above goals 


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience & understanding of the Hong Kong Market with focus on SMEs or Retail
  • Ability to support in building relationships with SMEs, HK Government bodies, trade organisations  and other stakeholders
  • BA degree in relevant field
  • Sales experience is advantageous
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Flexible mindset
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fast paced environment
