Your Purpose:
To assist Serai’s Finance & Operations team on credit & loans administration, including onboarding, business operations support and validations & controls.
This will provide an exciting exposure to different technology solutions and credit/loans know-how; including analyzing and documenting risk components related to loan requests from customers, completing customer account audits, examining loan compliance and performing collateral reviews.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand & follow business operations procedures and guidelines to conduct routine activities and business process
- Centralize record keeping of each stage work in a database
- Compose spreadsheet including drawdown specifications to Tech team
- Keep track and handle customer profile
- Conduct product parameter checks by using different solutions
- Conduct Country Sanction & High Risk Check
- Conduct Company and Individual PEP check
- Assign Industry classification of applicant
- Conduct Identification & Verification checks
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and administrative skills.
- Goal oriented and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to scrutinize data and processes for best practices.
- Relevant internships in banking, finance or accounting.
