A d a y i n t h e l i f e:
-Works to source and build pipeline of potential acquisition targets, assesses growth opportunities, analyzes current and adjacent markets, and provides insights on business trends and opportunities within the real estate marketplace.
-Manages all acquisitions activities from origination through completion.
-Builds and develops strong relationships and networks with industry partners and external sources to improve sourcing opportunities.
-Prepares and delivers effective presentations and other materials related to Agent Outreach Program.
M u s t H a v e s:
-Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a real estate oriented investment firm. Real Estate industry experience is preferred.
-Considerable knowledge of Acquisitions practices, strategy development, and financial leadership
-Must have a strong background and understanding of the real estate industry
-Able to execute every facet of a deal, from inception to completion; being able to handle all negotiations
-Team player, proactive, results-oriented, problem-solver, strategic thinker, highly organized, flexible, strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
-Advanced skills in written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills , and relationship building
-Experienced negotiator with the ability to manage conflict and negotiate to resolution
