We purchase an average of 75+ properties each month in more than 40 counties statewide. Our unique and progressive model sees each home through the full life cycle of a property. A d a y i n t h e l i f e:
- Identify and recruit top subcontractors
- Create job postings and manage them on a variety of job boards
- Recruit and vet a minimum of 10 subcontractors each week who agree to our cost book
- Onboard Subcontractors
- Keep Subcontractor onboarding pipeline up to date
- Ensure all proper documents are collected
- Create a profile in BuilderTrend for each subcontractor
- Ensure accuracy of vendor database
- Ensure subs are being properly rated
- Ensure problem subs are identified by Superintendents and subsequently blacklisted
- Maintain BuilderTrend Database to ensure all documents are verified and current
- Quickly Procure vendors as requested by Superintendents or Project Managers
- Ensure we meet vendors needs and provide the best possible experience
- Assign subs within 8 business hours of receiving schedule
M u s t H a v e s:
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- 1-2 years experience recruiting and vetting subcontractors
- 1-2 years with contractor relations
1-2 years experience managing general liability and workers comp insurance (preferred) - Proven time management and organizational skills
- Proven phone etiquette and professionalism
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing competing demands
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple high demand assignments
