We purchase 75+ properties each month throughout Georgia and are in the process of expanding. Our unique and progressive model sees each home through the full life cycle of a property. A d a y i n t h e l i f e:
- Recruit, head hunt and source top raw excellent talent to fill open roles for the company through a variety of platforms
- Review resumes and extract qualified candidates
- Screen applicants in order to determine soft skills, cultural fit, drive, competency, and qualification.
- Conduct/assist with in person and working interviews
- Assist with creating job postings, interview questions and processes for the talent department
- Attend recruiting events
- Creatively explore all avenues for hiring amazing people
M u s t H a v e s:
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
