Position OverviewAs a Project Manager, you'll report to the CTO and you'll work across stakeholders and projects to prepare
January.ai for commercialization. In this role, you'll plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders. You'll work closely with cross-functional team members to refine and evolve our projects as well as deploy our products to markets and communities around the U.S. You will also learn and grow alongside talented teammates who share your attention to detail and appetite for problem-solving.
Minimum qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in Program Management, leading projects with multiple dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage Pivotal and Jira tickets.
• Can read python, javascript, and test AWS and mobile features.
Preferred qualifications:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, who is comfortable with navigating ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail accountability, and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders and diverse technical/non-technical groups without direct authority, spanning all organizational levels.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to grow in their capabilities and focus on delivering results.
