Job Description
The Deal Support personnel are responsible for proofing, editing and the beautification of deals to ensure a fun and unique shopping experience.
We are looking for someone ambitious in nature, detail oriented, passionate about the retail industry, and team oriented.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our internal customers
- Proofing, editing and a strong eye for detail
- Establishing and maintaining strong vendor relationships and collaborating to improve product offering
- Ensure compliance to company standards and protocol
- Researching past sales history to improve future deal success
- Responding quickly and efficiently to vendor inquires
- Preparing team presentations
- Participating and contributing in weekly team meetings
- Analyzing data to determine best practices are being met
- Managing small projects on your own and reporting results to team lead
Qualifications
- Must possess strong written communication skills
- Worked in an environment where a high level of detail was crucial
- Previous experience in eCommerce retail and fashion
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Contributes to and works well within a team
- Commercial awareness
- Some nights and weekends are required
- Typing 65 wpm or higher
- Microsoft Office skills
- Passion for fashion
