What will your average day at Jaguar Communications look like?
 
You will use your world-class people skills to answer and assist with customer and co-worker calls.  This will include all aspects of our services such as television video issues, internet problems, and telephone questions.  You will create a professional bond with our customers that creates raving fans of our service by efficiently addressing and correcting problems through thoughtful analysis and effective information gathering. 
 
An analytical mindset will help guide you through the processes to help with almost any situation.  Of course, ongoing training will be provided.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from external and internal customers.
  • Setup of network equipment & services.
  • Testing, configuration and management of customer premises equipment
  • Assisting field technicians with troubleshooting & customer installations.
  • Escalate customer issues
  • Use documentation to discover customer services and configuration
  • Multiple Shifts Available

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type & speak simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Apple)
  • Understanding of basic voice, video, internet, data networking, wireless technology, and email.
  • Ability to follow procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving skills
