Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the administrative functions at iZotope. We’re looking for an organized and motivated self-starter who will play a key role in helping to organize and maintain the schedules of several Executives.  iZotope is working to create a strong office team and this role is a crucial participant in this group. The position requires strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is dependable and will meet critical timelines, use resources efficiently, and communicate effectively within the organization.  A sense of humor and a love for music are required.


  • Providing general administrative support to multiple executives with calendar management, email review, expense reports, travel assistance or small research
  • Triage action and follow-up items to ensure completion on a timely basis 
  • Order supplies for the respective departments, when needed
  • Help organize group travel arrangements
  • Work in conjunction with the Office Assistant in planning and facilitating working lunch meetings for departments and assist as a backup for the company’s Friday lunch meeting (to include ordering, setting up, and clean up)
  • Participate in the planning and coordination of office events, social gatherings (such as the Winter Party and Summer outing) and other employee engagement activities often in conjunction with the Human Resources team
  • Work with Human Resources and the talent team to schedule interviews and coordinate travel for candidates as well as assist in on-boarding new team members to integrate them in the department
  • Assist with Quarterly planning on behalf of the executives and their teams
  • Plan off-sites for teams and assist with logistics for trade shows and other travel

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of previous administrative assistant experience especially scheduling
  • Experience handling complex cross-functional tasks and diplomatically influencing others at various levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and experience using G-suite is highly preferred
  • Sense of detail and strong organizational skills

This opportunity is a full-time position located in our Cambridge, MA office.  Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
