Job Overview:
As itopia moves forward into our next phase of growth, we are building an Account Executive team that can leverage itopia’s success and demand generation digital strategy to develop and maintain relationships with enterprise IT departments and managed service providers. We are looking for dynamic, high-performing Account Execs with experience selling SaaS over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing clients and proactively reaching out to ensure customer satisfaction/retention while continuously searching and closing new business deals. The ideal candidate would be someone who is motivated, adaptable, and ready to win.
What you’ll be doing…
- Lead complex sales cycles to differentiate itopia’s cloud based solutions and to achieve quota objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects and customers to ensure reference ability and customer satisfaction
- Develop new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
- Manage complex sales-cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of itopia’s Cloud Automation Stack and Cloud VDI application, in face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Forecast accurately and maintain all sales cycle activities within itopia’s CRM system in accordance with itopia’s sales process and methodology
Some of the specific responsibilities include…
- Establish relationships with key Channel partners to achieve and develop opportunities.
- Establish relationships with internal resources in order to manage and close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies.
- Learn and present product demos to Customers focusing on positioning and selling itopia.
- Identify and develop opportunities across different solutions in order to leverage sales opportunities.
- Boost and promote product updates, promos, case studies etc. daily on Linkedin and other social media platforms.
You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS solutions
- Tech savvy with a strong foundation with digital and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using GSuite
- Experience using a CRM system
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environment.
- Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.
- Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
