What you’ll be doing…

Itopia is seeking an innovative, experienced sales leader with great energy, passion and initiative to drive partner awareness and channel new business for the most disruptive force in virtual desktop automation and management, itopia.  The Partner Account Manager role will own all things channel related for Google Cloud and its sales ecosystem of Google Cloud Sales pods, Resellers, SIs, ISVs, Consultants and Education Partners 

Some of the specific responsibilities include…

  • Demand Generation - Work with marketing to launch outbound and inbound campaigns to Identify, recruit and onboard Google Cloud Sales Pods, Reseller and Services Partners.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop committed, loyal, scalable partners globally. 
  • Generate pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Execs
  • Own quota for the Google Cloud partnership.
  • Pipeline Tracking, Validation & Reporting Work with Google Cloud sales makers to maintain an accurate joint sales pipeline for your alliance.
  • Continually assess, clarify, and validate partner needs. Track, measure and report-out on channel effectiveness against targets, and adjust programs and strategies as necessary.
  • Understand our partners’ businesses, and develop strategies and incentives to make them more profitable through our partnership.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive channel leads, pipeline and deal progression. 
  • Develop joint messaging and value propositions that highlight mutually beneficial relationship and value to end customer, along with repeatable sales enablement programs and toolkits.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales and technical training for partners.

You Would Be Great For This Position If You Have:

  • At least 5 years generating pipeline and selling through channel partners 
  • 5+ years of progressive channel leadership experience within the SaaS industry
  • Experience in the VDI space is a plus
  • Experience building and managing channel programs 
  • Demonstrable track record of success in worldwide channels strategic planning, owning sales targets and managing sales forecast.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • High caliber, dynamic personality.
  • Ability to travel as needed
