Top Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, detailed and enthusiastic Agency Manager to join our team!
Agency Manager Duties
- Providing excellent customer service and sales to our clients including: cross selling, processing policy changes, answering billing questions, processing payments, quoting and writing new business, and other normal insurance office duties.
- P&C (Property and Casualty) and/or Life and Health Insurance license a plus
- The ability to work independently
- Assist clients to resolve general customer service inquiries as needed
- Following up with existing and potential customers
- Reviewing coverage selections with customers
- Cross sell insurance products, identify sales leads, and follow-up with outbound calls
- Understand and analyze client’s life events that may offer sales cues for additional opportunities to meet the client needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
The ideal Agency Manager will have:
- High school diploma required, although a college degree is preferred
- Willingness to get insurance licenses, Property & Casualty and Life and Health
- Prior management experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to want to help clients
- Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred but not required
