Purpose:
Further the Weiser Agency team mission of providing an exceptional client experience while supporting the Weiser Agency team through both retention and agency support responsibilities.
Client Concierge Duties:
- Every phone call unless on the phone or with a client
- All Payments
- Monitor incoming faxes, zip whip and DocuSign
- Mail (inbound and outbound)
- Call, schedule and prepare FFRs (and other meetings as requested)
- Pivots (ask about additional of business and transfer to sales team)
- Order supplies
- Call Notice of Cancelations and Cancellations
- Missing documents / Rejected Documents for new and existing clients
- Assist with any personal line’s client service needs
- Scan/upload documents, send ID cards, fax etc.
- Schedule and confirm Life medical Appointments
- Rejected payments
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in office administration role
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalence is mandatory
- Associates degree preferred but not required
