IoTIFY is on a mission to create the world's most advanced IoT simulators - empowering reliable, scalable and secure IoT solutions worldwide. Our cloud-based solutions enable developers to quickly simulate realistic IoT deployment and start building their IoT cloud applications for a variety of use cases in the industrial, medical and smart city environment. To fuel our rapid growth, we are looking for a highly motivated, goal oriented innovative and entrepreneurial thinker to join our company in the role of VP Customer Success.
In this role, you will -
Work closely with the leadership team and will shape and execute our enterprise sales and marketing strategy.
Be responsible for managing our enterprise customers and will actively explore the sales opportunities across the IoT market.
Also, head marketing activities and would continuously align the strategy to fill the sales pipeline and achieve the desired sales targets. In the end, delivering a sales target would be your responsibility.
Define and execute our go to market strategy, establish enterprise partnerships and build sales channels. You will manage budgets and ramp up teams of SDEs to achieve your annual sales target.
Work very closely with our customers to develop a long-term relationship and incorporate their feedback in the technical roadmap of the product.
We are looking for -
5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience in small and medium organizations, preferably also with startups at the early stages.
Strong empathy for customers combined with a passion for revenue, growth and value creation
Ability to identify key interlocks and manage through persuasion and consensus building
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment zeal to win.
A background in the IoT domain would be welcome- however, experience in a similar domain would be a plus as long as the candidate showcases a deep understanding of the IoT ecosystem.
