We are looking for technical recruiter to join us to help IoTeX team to grow. You will:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership
- Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
- Ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- A basic/fundamental understanding of technical skill sets (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science etc.)
- Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques including cold calling, social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events etc.
