Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our quickly growing company. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be a core part of the Involvio team and will report to our COO. On a daily basis you'll have an opportunity to work collaboratively with administrators and students across our partner campus to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our tools. While working with our partners, you'll be able to communicate with our product team to help translate customer feedback you’ve received into Involvio's features and design.

  • Interface with new and existing customers via live chat and phone during the on-boarding process and throughout their lifecycle of engagement with us to drive effective usage of Involvio
  • Lead training sessions with a variety of campus stakeholders
  • Provide friendly and knowledgable support and help over phone, email, and live chat to solve problems
  • Troubleshoot and identify opportunities to ensure successful outcomes with our customers
  • Establish yourself a trusted advisor with our campuses and stakeholders

  • 4-year degree
  • Experience in technology-oriented customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to create presentations and provide training to customers who have varying degrees of familiarity with SaaS tools
  • Experience using customer support and success tools like Intercom is a major plus
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders within colleges and universities
  • Hard working, self-motivated, and a quick study (ability to identify needs and quickly develop solutions)
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Experience working in Student Affairs
