    The Position
    Each of our showrooms has its own unique look, feel and personality. We create more than just a functioning showroom, we create a world class experience for our customers. As our Senior Store Design Planner, you will play an integral role in building our brand and national presence. You will work closely with our in house design team to plan and design our upcoming showrooms and refresh our existing showrooms.

    • Take ownership of projects and manage schedules to ensure company goals and annual operating plan is met
    • Ensure that all new showrooms align with the Company brand and aesthetic
    • Develop store layouts from sketch form to schematic design for internal review and further development into CAD documents
    • Manage the development and issuance of Design Development and Construction Document sets, including
    • Coordinating the work of consulting architects
    • Review shop drawings and finishing sample submittals
    • Coordinate with internal Business teams and executive leaders
    • Follow up with potential punch lists items from internal partners after project completion
    • Attend and produce notes for meetings with business partners

    Requirements
    • Professional degree in Architecture
    • 6+ years of experience in retail design, architecture and construction
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
    • Proven experience working in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator
    • Design presence, create and present on your designs/ideas
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as flexibility/adaptability
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with condensed timelines
    • Organization, ability to set priorities with strong initiative while focusing on the importance of teamwork

    Compensation
    Depending on experience and certifications 
    • Annual Base Salary, Range $70,000 - $90,000
