    Position Preview
    The newly created position, Director of Sales Operations will work closely with the the SVP of Sales & VP of Customer Care to optimize our sales processes and procedures.
    • Oversight and management of all Sales Support teams and their functions including; Inside Sales, Design Consultant Development, Design Consultant Support (411 Team), Quote Approval Team and Administrative Sales Support
    • Ownership of team schedules – ensuring appropriate bandwidth is met at all times
    • Evaluate and improve productivity levels across all teams
    • Ensure Design Consultant population is fully supported in all facets of the sales channel
    • Define and ensure consistent applications of sales KPI’s and dashboards
    • Own and understand business requirements involving anticipated growth and how the model is to be supported by strong HQ operations bandwidth
    • Develop process and set goals across all operational teams
    • Project manage strategic initiatives across teams while measuring performance and impact
    • Develop and deliver on-boarding, training programs and SOP’s
    • Implement and manage compensation programs that incentive behavior and performance based on roles and responsibilities

    Position Requirements
    • 7+ years retail call center leadership/supervision experience required to be considered for the position
    • 7+ years sales operations and/or business operations experience in a high growth company
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful sales operations infrastructure
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and improve processes
    • Experience working in a CRM system

    Compensation and Benefits
    Depends on experience and certifications. 
    • Salary Range: $100,000+ 
    • Comprehensive benefits package
