Position Preview
Now interviewing for a Marketing Coordinator to join our U.S. team based in the New York area to provide support to the team and office in New Jersey, plus HQ in Europe.
- Product Marketing Material Management - coordination of catalog, price list, website information, professional file creation
- Maintain marketing calendar and execute marketing campaigns as scheduled
- Act as owner for North American email marketing strategy and execution
- Act as liaison for marketing and website data, updating content as needed
- Maintain database of product images and informational documents
- Write content for blog, social media, and website
- Coordinate sending of product or catalog for sales events
- Create press releases, maintaining press contacts, helping to arrange press events
- Assist in creating marketing reports and analyzing data
- Assist in creating ad hoc sales and marketing materials and presentations
- Manage marketing literature requests and inventory
- Manage sample inventory, ordering new samples for new collections
- Field sales requests for images and other assets needed
- Creation of sales collateral as needed
- Advertising and social media strategy support
- CRM Responsible
- Inbound leads allocation
- Online marketing platforms maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Experience in B2B and high-end products
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in Graphic Design
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish, preferred
- Occasionally international travel
Compensation and Benefits - Depending on experience and certifications
- Annual Base Salary, Range $55,000 - $65,000
