Position Preview
Responsibilities 
  • Nurturing current client base and informing on new innovative products
  • Developing the current client base and expansion within the territory
  • Educate & consult with design professionals on specification and usage of kitchen and bath products
  • Sampling of kitchen and bath faucets, fixtures, furniture, hardware and accessories
  • Contribute and maintain contacts to customer database
  • Conduct a minimum number of calls to multi-family developers, high-end custom builders and the A&D clients
  • Work with inside sales personnel to develop quotations and track
  • Submits periodic reports regarding activities such as daily calls
  • Be responsible for product development and promotion
  • Actively participate in A&D relationship building (i.e. trade events) to further develop your clientele base
  • Visiting clientele’s homes, offices, showrooms, construction site and more

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate/Trade School education or sales certification preferred or equivalent outside sales experience
  • Experience in outside sales of kitchen and bath products (sales experience in the kitchen, bath, construction or home improvement industries) preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Relations Skills
  • Possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous Outside Sales experience to the A&D community a plus
  • Experience with multi-family developers and high-end custom builders a plus

Compensations and Benefits 
Depends on experience and certifications.
  • Annual Base Salary, $50,000 + Commission Structure
