Position Preview
Great opportunity for an experienced Facilities CAD Drafter/Engineering Planner for a Fort Worth customer site. The right candidate expects to be ‘hands-on’ with a well-rounded background in manufacturing. Should have MEP capabilities and experience coordinating projects with engineers.
Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Space plans and reconfigurations in manufacturing environment
- Preparation of construction documents and site utilization studies
- Development of project schedules
- Coordination of moves, adds and changes
- Completing 'as built' planning documents
- Resolving safety issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree, Apprenticeship or Equivalent work experience in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in Facilities Planning
- Experience as Facilities CAD Drafter and/or Engineering Planner
- Proficiency in Microstation and/or AutoCAD
- Experience in safety compliance, construction and facilities management
- Understanding/Exposure to Mechanical and electrical engineering

Compensation and Benefits – Depends on experience and certifications
- Hourly, range $24.00 - $28.00
- Available for Overtime at time and half
