    Position Preview
    Responsibilities, not limited to: 
    • Collaborate with Project team in evaluation of project challenges, and development of project scope, budget and schedule
    • Develop comprehensive understanding of client agreement requirements and limitations
    • Assure project team members understand project processes and that the team works in compliance with approved plans, specifications and company policies and procedures
    • Use project management tools to plan, execute and communicate effectively with team members and clients to assure projects are completed on time and on budget
    • Assure project progress, with possible on-site inspections
    • Lead or participate in client project meetings
    • Manage project financial performance - Prepare and review purchase orders, RFP, RFI and related requests


    Qualifications 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferred
    • 4+ years Hospitality Sector experience
    • Excellent Project Management skills
    • Excellent AutoCAD skills
    • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects while meeting on time and on budget requirements
    • Knowledge of Construction and detailing is big plus
    • Knowledge of how to put drawing package together
    • Experience in working with outsource CAD resources
    • EXCELLENT communication skills written and verbal
    • TEAM PLAYER


    Compensation and Benefits 
    • Annual Salary, Range $65,000 - $75,000 - Depends on experience and certifications
    • Full Benefits Package (health, 50% coverage by firm)
