Position Preview
Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Collaborate with Project team in evaluation of project challenges, and development of project scope, budget and schedule
- Develop comprehensive understanding of client agreement requirements and limitations
- Assure project team members understand project processes and that the team works in compliance with approved plans, specifications and company policies and procedures
- Use project management tools to plan, execute and communicate effectively with team members and clients to assure projects are completed on time and on budget
- Assure project progress, with possible on-site inspections
- Lead or participate in client project meetings
- Manage project financial performance - Prepare and review purchase orders, RFP, RFI and related requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferred
- 4+ years Hospitality Sector experience
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects while meeting on time and on budget requirements
- Knowledge of Construction and detailing is big plus
- Knowledge of how to put drawing package together
- Experience in working with outsource CAD resources
- EXCELLENT communication skills written and verbal

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary, Range $65,000 - $75,000 - Depends on experience and certifications
- Full Benefits Package (health, 50% coverage by firm)
