     Salary Range: $70k - $105k Permanent Position with Benefits.

     A Cleveland area company is seeking a Project Manager of Construction for new and restoration of buildings. Necessary skills include: exceptional communication and working with sub-contractors, carpenters (wood and metal stud framing, drywall and interiors), customers, architects, engineers, estimators, other construction managers, designers, & builders. Past experience should include organizing, planning, purchasing and scheduling the "start-up through completion” of all construction activities.
     
     REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Architectural or equivalent experience
    • Knowledge building codes, laws and construction industry regulations\
    • Project Manager candidates should have at least 8 years of experience dealing with $25 million and up building renovations.  Historic rehab experience is a strong plus managing construction projects (carpentry, wood and metal stud framing, drywall and interiors...)
    • Computer literate with ability to read and interpret architectural construction building drawings "blueprints,” as-built drawings
    • Create and manage work schedules / sub-contractors (carpenters, interior designers, plumbers, electricians...)
    • Review and adjust bid estimates as needed
    • Self-starter with strong management background
    • Local travel, occasional overnight

    Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
