 The Role
 
The bilingual Collections Strategy Associate will be a subject matter expert in their line of business with an in-depth knowledge of Collections policies, procedures, and processes including negotiation tactics. In addition, the Collections Strategy Associate will have a proven track record of top performance in their current role, a desire to develop their team and colleagues through training and coaching, and a natural ability to lead groups and facilitate workshops. 
 
This​ ​position will be located in Colonia Juárez, Mexico City with ​operating​ ​hours​ ​from​ ​M-F, ​9am​ ​-​ ​5pm PST. The ability​ ​to​ ​travel​ ​to​ ​partner​ ​sites​ ​(Mexico and​ ​Colombia)​ ​up to 25% is​ ​a​ ​plus. 
 
Responsibilities 

  • Written and verbal fluency in English & Spanish 
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative position
  • General understanding of credit, installment loans, and finance 
  • Customer focus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Facilitation and coaching experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Flexibility with constantly changing policies and procedures
