The Role
You’re a strategic planner who likes to roll up your sleeves to meet challenges by ensuring the seamless execution of program deployment and life cycle management and support, system development, geographic expansion and program execution. You will partner with Business Development, Account Management, Partner Growth, Legal, Finance and other cross functional technology teams. You are responsible for ensuring that all executional operation aspects of Aura’s new partner onboarding, and support, experiences are consistently delivered according to plan and drive operational optimization. You understand and are dedicated to meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers, and focus your team on doing the same. You are energized by even the toughest challenges; you fight for excellence, and craft the right environment for you people to do likewise.
What You'll Do
- Understand and provide operational excellence by way of clear directions, great organization, and the ability to eliminate roadblocks
- Drive and execute the programs aligned to the business strategy of onboarding and supporting new partners
- Deliver seamless execution across all areas of responsibility, with a constant focus on optimization
- Analyze multifaceted data and interprets in a way that is precise, methodical and accurate.
- Generate reports for leadership team that enables them to understand key takeaways and digest and use information immediately
- Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, even in adverse conditions or with limited resource
- Manage centralized repository of processes and lead continuous improvement of processes to minimize complexities and optimize operations
- Simplify and communicate complex business problems through clear communication, useful tools and precise metrics that can execute, act or drive changes in behaviors.
- Identifies and proposes solutions for obstacles or issues while understanding their impact on the business.
- Effectively build relationships within a matrix environment at local and global levels.
Requirements
- Can-do, delivery and results focused attitude
- Demonstrated pattern of thinking strategically and acting tactically with an innovative yet tactical approach
- Self-started problem solver without much supervision or direction
- In depth experience leading multi-function execution teams, or similar experience in leading a business deployment-oriented team
- Proven effective relationship builder experience in a matrix environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Flexible team player who places a high emphasis towards internal and external customer experience.
- Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of common business applications. (G-Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
