What we are looking for at Aura

We​ ​are​ ​looking​ ​for​ ​a​ ​bilingual​ ​Learning​ ​&​ ​Development​ ​Coach​ ​to​ ​support​ ​the​ ​content​ ​development, ​ ​training, and​ ​performance​ ​management​ ​of​ ​Aura​ ​Servicing​ ​Team​ ​Members​ ​across​ ​each​ ​individual​ ​business​ ​unit for Collections. 

This​ ​position will be located in Colonia Juárez, Mexico City with ​operating​ ​hours​ ​from​ ​M-F, ​9am​ ​-​ ​5pm PST. ​Ability​ ​to​ ​travel​ ​to​ ​partner​ ​sites​ ​(Mexico and​ ​Colombia)​ ​is​ ​a​ ​plus. 

Ideal​ ​Candidate: 
The​ ​Collections ​Learning​ ​&​ ​Development​ ​Coach​ ​will​ ​become​ ​a​ ​subject​ ​matter​ ​expert​ ​in​ ​their​ ​respective department​ ​with​ ​an​ ​in-depth​ ​knowledge​ ​of​ ​policies,​ ​procedures,​ ​and​ ​processes​ ​including​ ​negotiation tactics.​ ​In​ ​addition,​ ​the​ ​L&D​ ​Coach​ ​will​ ​have​ ​a​ ​proven​ ​track​ ​record​ ​of​ ​top​ ​performance​ ​in​ ​their​ ​current​ ​role, a​ ​desire​ ​to​ ​develop​ ​their​ ​team​ ​and​ ​colleagues​ ​through​ ​training​ ​and​ ​coaching,​ ​and​ ​a​ ​natural​ ​ability​ ​to​ ​lead groups​ ​and​ ​facilitate​ ​workshops. 

Responsibilities​ ​include: 
  • Training​ ​Content​ ​&​ ​Material​ ​Development: ​​ ​Lead​​ ​​and​ ​accelerate​ ​efforts​ ​to​ ​develop​ ​training​ ​materials including​ ​presentations, ​ ​online​ ​resources, ​ ​practice​ ​tools, ​ ​activities, ​ ​etc., ​ ​to​ ​support​ ​training​ ​programs, notably​ ​change​ ​management, ​ ​on-boarding, ​ ​and​ ​ongoing​ ​agent​ ​development. 
  • Training​ ​Program​ ​Design: ​​ ​Support​ ​the​ ​design​ ​ (outline​ ​development, ​ ​scheduling, ​ ​implementation, performance​ ​evaluation) ​ ​of​ ​training​ ​programs​ ​that​ ​align​ ​the​ ​L&D​ ​strategic​ ​roadmap​ ​and​ ​the​ ​current and​ ​future​ ​performance​ ​needs​ ​and​ ​development​ ​goals​ ​of​ ​Collections. ​ ​Develop program​ ​design​ ​for​ ​team​ ​member​ ​L&D​ ​lifecycle​ ​ (on-boarding, ​ ​transition​ ​to​ ​floor, ​ ​continuing​ ​ed,​ ​etc.). 
  • Training​ ​Facilitation:​​ ​​Co-facilitate/facilitate​ ​trainings​ ​to​ ​support​ ​the​ ​change​ ​management,​ ​on-boarding and​ ​continued​ ​development​ ​of​ ​individuals​ ​and​ ​teams.​ ​Own​ ​role-specific​ ​on-boarding​ ​and​ ​ongoing training​ ​experiences​ ​(facilitation,​ ​LMS,​ ​content​ ​delivery,​ ​etc.). 
  • Performance​ ​Management​ ​Support:​​ ​Evaluate​ ​performance​ ​management​ ​at​ ​a​ ​site,​ ​team,​ ​and​ ​agent level. Design,​ ​develop,​ ​and​ ​deploy​ ​L&D​ ​trainings​ ​and​ ​interventions​ ​to​ ​improve performance​ ​and​ ​agent​ ​effectiveness​ ​across​ ​sites. 
  • Documentation:​ ​​Lead​ ​the​ ​documentation​ ​and​ ​upkeep​ ​of​ ​Aura​ ​training​ ​materials​ ​in​ ​Confluence​ ​(and eventually,​ ​LMS).​ ​Solicit​ ​feedback​ ​from​ ​vendor​ ​sites​ ​and​ ​collaborate​ ​with​ ​Change​ ​Management Associate​ ​to​ ​make​ ​upgrades​ ​and​ ​edits. 
  • Vendor​ ​Support:​​ ​​Provide​ ​Aura​ ​Servicing​ ​Vendor​ ​sites​ ​with​ ​as-needed​ ​support,​ ​training​ ​materials, facilitation​ ​feedback,​ ​etc. 
  • Research:​ ​​Research​ ​best​ ​practices​ ​and​ ​leading​ ​ideas​ ​in​ ​Collections ​industry.​ ​Document, suggest,​ ​and​ ​advocate​ ​for​ ​implementation​ ​of​ ​“best​ ​in​ ​class”​ ​ideas​ ​and​ ​operations. 

Required​ ​Skills: 
  • Written​ ​and​ ​verbal​ ​fluency​ ​in​ ​English​ ​&​ ​Spanish 
  • Strong​ ​organizational​ ​skills 
  • Strong​ ​facilitation​ ​skills 
  • Strong​ ​communication​ ​and​ ​interpersonal​ ​skills 
  • Ability​ ​to​ ​work​ ​in​ ​a​ ​team​ ​environment 
  • Flexibility​ ​with​ ​constantly​ ​changing​ ​policies​ ​and​ ​procedures.
 
Preferred​ ​Skills: 
  • Experience​ ​developing​ ​training​ ​materials:​ ​presentations,​ ​tools,​ ​online​ ​resources 
  • Experience​ ​leading​ ​collaborative​ ​meetings​ ​and​ ​calls
