Who You Are
 
Do you want to play a key role in bringing thousands of people of low means into the U.S. economic mainstream? If so, this might be a fit for you. Aura is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Trainer who is passionate about training sales professionals to realize their full potential and productivity. The Sales Enablement Trainer will be both, a trainer-of-trainers and a field sales trainer. The Trainer will train Aura’s account managers to sell Aura’s loan products and services to Aura’s partners. They will also go into the field to see how sales associates learn and sell, and then train them improve their sell and sell better. Field obsessed, the Sales Enablement Trainer will work to increase the engagement level, productivity, activity, and retention of our account managers, and sales associates. 
 
 
Sales Enablement Trainer 

What You Do

  • Create, plan, organize, and deliver engaging and effective internal sales trainings for Aura’s account management professionals and external sales trainings for Aura’s third-party partner employees. 
  • Increase productivity of account managers through trainings. 
  • Be a sales coach to account managers and other sales professionals within Aura. 
  • Go regularly into the field to assess how sales associates onboard, sell, and identify gaps. Then collaborate with the Partner Management, Sales, and Learning and Development teams to create robust training solutions. 
  • Train partner agents and on-board new partner stores in the field.
  • Organize and lead instructor-led trainings for large groups of sales associates.
  • Lead live webinar trainings for sales associates. 
  • Explore and champion new sales training programs, as necessary to address business needs. 

Required

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 2+ years of sales training experience for a SaaS sales organization
  • 2-4 years of Sales (quota carrying) experience preferred
  • Proven success as a mentor/coach to sales professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and writing acumen
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, good listener, and passionate about supporting peoples’ growth
