The Responsibilities
  • Identify new Aura agents in Los Angeles and surrounding areas
  • Successfully educate prospects on the Aura value proposition and guide them through the on-boarding process to become an Aura Partner
  • Work with the account management team to ensure new partners become high producers 

Your Skills Profile

Sales experience with a proven track record for driving top-of-the-funnel sales volume. 

  • Native Spanish speaker 
  • Proven experience in sales and client relations 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in financial services

  • Compensation is highly competitive with attractive commissions based on performance
