The Job

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be able to successfully convey this message and ensure that our culture is instilled in every interaction with our customers. 
 
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the performance management and oversight of Insikt’s Operations team in San Francisco. This person is expected to be a positive representation of Insikt and ensure that Insikt’s culture is inherent in the work we do every day. In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Be the eyes, ears, and voice of the Operations team 
  • Successfully manage changes in processes and policies
  • Oversee and ensure the productivity of the call center
  • Proactively problem solve and propose innovative solutions
  • Manage performance for all lines of business including customer service and collections
  • Assist with managing retention and attrition
  • Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members 
  • Proactively seek improvements with the intent of increasing effectiveness
  • Suggest changes in processes based on feedback and suggestions from the team
  • Be the liaison between the Operations and the relevant stakeholders
  • Make balanced decisions as it relates to the success of the business 
  • Coach and develop team leaders and agents
  • Run it like you own it
 
Requirements:
 
·       Bilingual - Proficient in both written & verbal - Spanish & English
●      5 years of People Management experience. 
●      3 years of financial services experience.
●      3 years of HR related experience (directly or indirectly)
●      Proven track record of performance improvement for large teams.
●      Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
●      Proven success in a customer-facing role.
●      Experience in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Nice to Have:
  • 2-year college degree preferred
  • Excel Proficiency 
  • Experience gaining efficiencies in Customer Service, Collections, and Underwriting
  • Certification in Public Speaking
