The Role
As a Recruiting Manager, you will develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies that support our Software Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our recruiting team through the next phase of our company’s growth and in shaping the future of our collaborative, creative, and mission-driven culture. You will manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruiting process while also working closely with our leaders to drive successful and innovative recruiting practices and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • In addition to achieving hiring goals you will be responsible for:
    • Designing, implementing, and managing a recruitment strategy to drive Insikt’s growth forecast
    • Shape a highly collaborative, adaptable, and responsive recruiting team culture and providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of your team
    • Ensuring recruiters and sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics
    • Delivering innovative and scalable solutions to drive hiring to meet Insikt’s business objectives
    • Creating innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring an efficient and compelling candidate experience
  • Partner with Insikt’s hiring managers to develop detailed profiles of target candidates using a diversity of qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies
  • Partner with leaders of Together@Insikt initiatives to shape, promote, and advance our culture of diversity and inclusivity throughout the recruitment and onboarding experience
  • Lead by example through following, setting, and sharing recruiting best practices
  • Compile, analyze, and capture insights from data sources to support recruiting and business decisions
  • Define, design, and implement recruiting programs for a variety of Software Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business positions

Minimum Qualification/Experience
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years technical recruiting experience
  • 3+ years experience managing a team of direct report recruiters, technical recruiters, and sourcers
  • Experience with designing and managing recruitment analytics and strategy
  • Commitment to partnering with cross-functional teams toward shared objectives
